You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, for example by breaking the law, attempting to gain unauthorised access, spreading malware or sending spam.

If you create an account, keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a free, worldwide licence to display it on the website. Do not post content that is illegal, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Payments
Donations are voluntary payments that support the Blogness community project. Blogness.org is currently operated by Blogness, a Florida company, while its non-profit organisation is being established; until then donations are not tax-deductible. Donations are non-refundable, except in case of an error or where the law requires otherwise. Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by writing to admin@blogness.org. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
